Delivery & Returns
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. We do not deliver to PO Box numbers.
For international deliveries please select the ‘Rest Of The World’ in checkout.

Place your order before 2pm Monday to Friday and we'll aim to deliver it by 8pm next day service. Please allow 1-3 working days for AB postcodes, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. For ‘rest of the world’ please allow 3-10 working days pending your country location.
All purchases can be fully tracked, so we'll send you a tracking link for your order and an option of changing the delivery date. Your signature will be required for your delivery, so if you are not going to in to sign, please make alternative arrangements via the tracking link. Order by 3pm Monday 18 December for delivery before Christmas; UK only.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email and you will also receive an email from our delivery company with tracking details. From midnight that night, you will be able to track the progress of your order by following the link provided, which will take you to our delivery company’s website
Condition of returns
All items should be returned new and unused, with all tags intact and with the original packaging within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order. Any authenticity cards and packaging provided as part of the original packaging should also be returned. Returns that are damaged, soiled, worn or altered may not be accepted and could be sent back to you.
All items should be returned along with the completed Returns Note to allow easy identification and prompt processing.
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs. If any item you purchase is faulty, you have the right to reject the goods and have them replaced or refunded within 30 days or if the fault occurs within 6 months you have the right to claim a free repair or replacement.
Please contact us should you wish to return a faulty item. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. All our orders are quality controlled and checked before being dispatched. However, if an item you receive is damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Services Team who will be happy to assist you.
Returns we receive outside of our 14 days returns policy without prior notification will only be accepted in the case of faulty, missing, incomplete or damaged orders.
If you would like to return an unwanted gift, please note that the refund will be made to the person who made the purchase, via the original payment method. Unfortunately, no refund or exchange can be made to the person who received the gift when the order is returned by post. However, you are welcome to exchange gifts in one of our stores at the current selling price within 14 days of receipt. Christmas gifts purchased online between Thursday 9 November and Saturday 23 December are subject to an extended returns period and may be sent back for a refund or returned in store for a refund or exchange, with a valid receipt until Monday 8 January. Christmas gifts purchased in-store are subject to exchange only.
